An organisation is about to start a
change process which will affect the work of a number of employees. It
could be an organisational change, a merger, new tasks, introduction of
new technology, a wish for a cultural change or other forms of change
which affect the routines of the employees.

for managers from the Executive MBA (Master in Management of
Technology) at Aalborg University in the psychological aspect of
change management and change processes. The training has taken place
every year since 2006.

changes at Danfoss A/S Heating Control, split-up of department at
Roskilde Hospital, merger at Aarhus University, and a workshop for
managers and employees at the Technology Center, Grundfos A/S.
