Consultancy, design and management of change processes

   

 

 

An organisation is about to start a change process which will affect the work of a number of employees. It could be an organisational change, a merger, new tasks, introduction of new technology, a wish for a cultural change or other forms of change which affect the routines of the employees.


"How should the process be carried out so that the management will succeed with the new initiatives in a way which shows consideration for the affected employees, who are often the key persons when new things are to be implemented?"

 

We offer:

  • Process assistance and chairing of seminars, theme days and discussions

  • Consultancy of managers in change management and change processes

  • Workshops for managers and employees in change psychology

Examples of tasks:

  • Project manager and consultant in connection with the merger of the day-care institutions of five municipalities into one common organisation in the Municipality of Kolding and the establishment of a new network structure and training of new management competencies.   • Performance of three workshops for managers from the Executive MBA (Master in Management of Technology) at Aalborg University in the psychological aspect of change management and change processes. The training has taken place every year since 2006.

  • Consultancy in organisational changes at Danfoss A/S Heating Control, split-up of department at Roskilde Hospital, merger at Aarhus University, and a workshop for managers and employees at the Technology Center, Grundfos A/S.
