A day which offers focused and interactive training, changing between four learning environments: 

= A knowledge room with presentation of relevant theories and models
= A practice room where a great number of tools are described  
= A reflection room where we relate to the participants’ experience and daily work

= A training room with feedback on your style as coach

Target group

HR staff, training consultants, management training consultants, consultants working with occupational health service, pedagogic consultants and others working with consultancy and developement of managers in both private and public organisations.

Trainer

Business psychologist Ejnar Bryld with own consultancy company. Many years’ experience as external coach for managers in both private and public organisations and as internal consultant, e.g. as chief psychologist at Danfoss A/S.

Approved specialist and supervisor in work and organisational psychology.
