situations at work where a group of people must work together in order
to achieve a common goal.

problems and what makes solutions difficult.

development of groups and the psychodynamic processes of groups.

Process evaluation and mediation
between conflicting groups.
Examples of tasks:

Meeting with the governing body
of a hospital two to three times a year, with focus on their
internal cooperation.

Cooperation process incl.
individual interviews and common days with a group of administrative
personnel in a finance department from a non-governmental
organisation.

A 4-day intensive outdoor course
for managers from Lån & Spar Bank in the psychology of a group and
practical management of groups and training of project managers from
Bang & Olufsen, also as an intensive outdoor course.
